The climate is ideal, with little or no need for expensive heating or air conditioning.

The life style is relaxed, with no noisy freeways full of speeding cars making a shopping trip a terrifying experience.

The cost of housing is so low you could sell your existing home and in many cases your equity would be enough to buy a similar property here for cash!
